How this maps to the build: an Automated Action on crm.lead reads the state, matches the territory table and sets the owner + notifies; a Scheduled Action every ~15 min enforces the 1h reminder / 2h reassignment; a scoring step posts the spam warning. Territory table & the state-field fix come from the Sales Manager + IT. Prototype by Mediya — no live Odoo data.
